Following the success of the inaugural event, the 2nd ‘Annual Selections from AKI & CRRT, San Diego’ was held in Hyderabad from August 24th to 25th, 2017. This prestigious conference attracted more than 250 Nephrologists and Intensivists from across India, marking it as a significant gathering for professionals in the field of Nephrology.

The conference offered a diverse and engaging program that included:

  • Plenary Sessions: Expert presentations on cutting-edge research and developments in AKI & CRRT.
  • Panel Discussions: Interactive forums where leading specialists debated current challenges, shared insights, and explored future directions in kidney care.
  • Interactive AKI Workshops: Hands-on sessions designed to enhance participants’ practical skills in diagnosing and managing AKI.
  • Hands-on CRRT Workshops: Practical training modules focusing on the application of CRRT techniques in clinical settings.

Continuing the tradition established in the first AKI & CRRT conference, a separate Dialysis Technicians and Nurses Track was organized. This dedicated segment provided specialized training and educational opportunities for dialysis technicians and nurses, recognizing their vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
